Mentoring and the search for mentors within the company to support various stakeholder groups have been ongoing efforts in recent years.
Vantrust Capital actively participates in ChileConverge, a non-profit organization whose purpose is to provide tools and training to entrepreneurs through its platform and mentoring programs with specialized professionals.
In addition, we actively participate in the Fundación Generación Empresarial’s Mentoring Program, known as the FGE Mentor Network, a collaborative space for connecting leaders and professionals focused on sharing experiences related to ethics, compliance, leadership, and sustainability.
