ARCO rights refer to:

• Access
• Rectification
• Cancellation
• Opposition

This set of rights, recognized by Personal Data Protection laws, guarantees individuals control over their personal data and how it is processed by organizations. Available rights:

1. Right of Access
Allows you to request information on whether your personal data is being processed and, if so, to know:

• What personal data is being used.
• The purpose of the processing.
• The source of the data, where applicable.
• The period of time during which the data will be processed.
• The legitimate interests of the data controller, when processing is based on that legal ground.

2. Right of Rectification
Allows you to request the updating, correction, or supplementation of personal data when it is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
To exercise this right, you must clearly indicate which data you wish to modify or add and, where applicable, attach supporting documentation for the request.

3. Right of Cancellation
Grants the authority to request the deletion of personal data when:

• The data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
• The processing period has expired in accordance with the existing relationship.
• Deletion is necessary to comply with a court judgment, a decision by a competent authority, or a legal obligation.
• The right of opposition has been exercised and there is no other legal basis authorizing the processing.
  Important: Data deletion will not apply when there is a legal obligation to retain the data or when an active relationship exists between the data controller and the data subject.

4. Right of Opposition
Allows you to request the restriction or cessation of the processing of your personal data for specific purposes, including cases where:

• The data is used for informational, commercial, advertising, or marketing purposes.
• Processing involves data obtained from publicly accessible sources.
• The legal basis for processing is the satisfaction of the data controller’s legitimate interests.
• To exercise this right, you must specifically indicate the processing activity or personal data to which you are objecting.

5. Right to Portability
This allows the data subject to request the delivery or transfer of personal data they have directly provided, in a structured, commonly used, and readable format.
Additionally, the data subject may request that such data be transmitted to another data controller, where technically feasible and in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 21.719.
