Loreto Cornejo is a psychologist specializing in Organizational Psychology from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and holds a diploma in Corporate Communications from the same university. She has over 30 years of experience in people management and organizational development, leading strategies for talent, culture, and organizational transformation across both the public and private sectors. She currently serves as the People Management and Sustainability Manager at Vantrust Capital, where she leads the group’s people strategy, aligning structure, talent, and culture with the business’s strategic and sustainability objectives. Previously, she held executive positions at the Ministry of Women and Gender Equity, Walmart Chile, AFP Habitat, and Banco BBVA, building a strong track record in organizational development, talent management, diversity and inclusion, and cultural transformation. She was recognized as one of Chile’s “100 Women Leaders” in 2016 and has served as a board member and mentor for various organizations and initiatives focused on leadership and people development.
