Gabriela Salvador is a Business Engineer from the University of Chile, graduating with honors and a member of the Honor Circle of the Faculty of Economics and Business. She has over 33 years of experience in the financial industry, where she has led organizational transformation, expansion, and operational optimization processes. She currently serves as Executive Director of Vantrust Capital and is Co-founder and Vice President of ChileConverge, an initiative that has supported more than 100,000 micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in Chile. She is also actively involved in organizations related to entrepreneurship, business ethics, impact investing, and innovation. Her leadership has been recognized on numerous occasions, including being named one of the 100 Leading Women of Chile and one of the most influential women on LinkedIn Chile, solidifying a career that combines financial excellence, strategic vision, and a commitment to economic and social development.
