Mentoring and the search for mentors within the company to support various stakeholders have been ongoing efforts in recent years.
Vantrust Capital actively participates in ChileConverge, a non-profit organization whose purpose is to provide tools and training to entrepreneurs through its platform and mentoring programs with specialized professionals.
In addition, we actively participate in the Mentoring Program of the Fundación Generación Empresarial (FGE) called the FGE Mentor Network, a collaborative space for connecting leaders and professionals focused on sharing experiences related to ethics, compliance, leadership, and sustainability.
