During Integrity Month, we reinforced this corporate value across the entire organization, sparking an authentic conversation about the values that transform the way we work.
Through collaborative sessions, we brought together teams from all areas to reflect on what it means to act with integrity in our day-to-day work. Employees defined it as “doing the right thing even when no one is watching,” “alignment between what we say, think, and do,” and “keeping our promises and taking ownership of our mistakes.” These conversations reaffirmed a shared conviction: integrity is not merely a policy; it is a daily practice.
We also identified 10 hallmarks of a responsible ethical culture, including leading by example, shared values, secure reporting channels, continuous training, and ongoing assessment. We complemented these activities with lunches and informal discussion sessions, strengthening the bonds and trust within our teams.
At Vantrust, trust is not just a promise—it is a daily practice.
